   • To secure a photography session, the client must pay a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of the total package price.
   • The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled photography session.

   • In the event of cancellation by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights:
   • All photographs taken by Ali Attaran Photography are protected by copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without explicit permission.
   • Clients are granted personal usage rights for the photographs, including printing and sharing for personal use. Commercial usage requires separate licensing agreements.
4. Model Release:
   • Clients grant Ali Attaran Photography the right to use photographs for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website galleries, social media, and marketing materials. If the client does not wish for their images to be used in this manner, they must notify Ali Attaran Photography in writing prior to the session.
5. Client Cooperation:
   • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location, date, and time of the photography session.
   • Clients are encouraged to communicate any specific preferences or requests regarding the photography session in advance.
6. Liability:
   • Ali Attaran Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photography session.
   • Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of individuals present during the session, including but not limited to children and pets.
7. Editing and Delivery:
   • Photographs will be edited and delivered within between 2 days and one working week following the photography session.
   • Ali Attaran Photography reserves the right to select and edit photographs at their discretion.

By booking a session with Ali Attaran Photography, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.

Publication and Usage Rights for Ali Attaran Photography in the United Kingdom

1. Copyright and Usage:

   • Ali Attaran Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the photography session.
   • Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of individuals present during the session, including but not limited to children and pets.
5. Editing and Delivery:
   • Photographs will be edited and delivered within a specified timeframe following the photography session.
   • Ali Attaran Photography reserves the right to select and edit photographs at their discretion.

Liability for Client Damages to Ali Attaran’s Property in the United Kingdom

1. Responsibility:
   • Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the property of Ali Attaran, including but not limited to equipment, props, and studio facilities, during the photography session.
2. Care of Equipment:
   • Clients must handle all equipment provided by Ali Attaran with care and follow any instructions provided by the photographer regarding its use.
3. Compensation for Damages:
   • In the event of damage to Ali Attaran’s property, clients agree to compensate for repair or replacement costs incurred as a result of the damage.
4. Liability Waiver:
   • Ali Attaran Photography shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries sustained by clients or third parties during the photography session.
5. Indemnity:
   • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ali Attaran Photography against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the client’s actions or negligence during the photography session.
